The South Asia Council for Community and Children in Crisis (SAC-CCC) was founded by Dr. D. Samuel Issmer in 1992 towards equipping, facilitating and rehabilitating children and communities in crisis situations in ways that lead a fuller and more joyous life.
The South Asia Council for Community and Children from its inception has been carrying out programs successfully

for children – street children, HIV/AIDS orphans, tribal children, working children, orphans, differently abled children, social orphans, rural girl children, very young children and the youth;

the socially and economically deprived women in the rural areas and urban slum communities and facilitate to equip, help and emancipate themselves from the marginalized, deprived and dispossessed situations created by difficult environment;

in Health Care delivery systems to the disadvantaged rural and urban slum communities under priority programs and rural family economic development through Cow Project

to train personnel in various fields aiming at utilization of human potentials.
These services are offered without distinction to religion, creed, caste and nationality.
SAC-CCC is registered in Karnataka under the Societies Act and is a non-profit Social Service Organization. It is recognized by Central Government under the Foreign Contribution Regulation Act (FCRA) of the Ministry of Home Affairs, New Delhi.
